Born in Northern New York, Coach Cameron began his lacrosse career playing in the Carthage School System, the same system that produced the Powell brothers and numerous other MLL players.He played for Carthage until his freshman year of high school, where he moved to Salem, VA and played his high school career there.

At Salem, Coach Cameron amassed numerous awards, including the Brian Thornhill Award his senior year.He was recruited by several elite D3 Schools including Salisbury and Cortland State, but decided to stay home and play for Roanoke College.

During his time at Roanoke, he w as a four year starter at the faceoff X and helped the team to two final four appearances, one quarterfinal appearance and two ODAC championships.He was a team captain during his senior year and was also named to the NCAA All American team.

Presently, Coach Cameron is the Assistant Boys Lacrosse coach at Salem High School and helped lead Salem to their second State tournament appearance last year.

Mitchell enters his second season as the top assistant/recruiting coordinator for the men's lacrosse program at Roanoke.In his first season, Mitchell enjoyed a 17-2 campaign which included a regular-season ODAC Title, an NCAA Tournament berth and several weeks as the #1 team in the nation in the USILA Div. III poll.

A 2006 graduate of St. Mary’s, Mitchell was a midfielder for the men’s lacrosse team and was captain as a senior. He helped lead St. Mary’s to the programs’ highest national ranking in school history. While at Goucher, he received his Master’s in Education this summer.

Coach Bowers was born and raised in Emmaus, PA.He has competed in ice hockey and lacrosse at an elite level since the age of 5.He attended Emmaus High School where he earned All-State lacrosse and ice hockey honors.Drew continued his career at Roanoke College where he played 4 years of lacrosse for Roanoke, helping the Maroons reach the NCAA final 4 twice during that time.


Currently, Coach Bowers works for Parisi Speed School located in Roanoke.He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, as well as a Certified Conditioning Specialist.He has been involved and specialized in speed, agility, quickness since graduating and has had the opportunity to coach top athletes in the NHL, MLS, and NFL.
